City of Pomona, CA chooses Teller Government Cashiering to modernize payments

Overview

The City of Pomona, California will modernize customer payments and financial management through an engagement with Can/Am Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of cashiering solutions to local and state government. The City selected Can/Am’s Teller Government Cashiering solution through a competitive RFP process.

The Teller Cashiering solution is a cloud-based system that streamlines payments to power unified cashiering, point of sale, online payments, and complete check management including bulk scanning and ICL.

Pomona’s new payment solution with Teller will integrate with Workday Financial Management and the technology behind the city’s public utility billing, licensing, permitting, parks and recreation, and other services.

The City joins a growing number of Teller clients in California, including:

  • Eastern Municipal Water District
  • The Cities of Bakersfield, San Bernardino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Sunnyvale, Ventura, San Mateo, Redding, Arcadia, and San Luis Obispo
